All products are shipped with USPS - but if you send a request for a different service, that can be arranged. Leave a note during checkout. USPS is default. We have a fast turnaround time, and all products will ship in 1-3 business days - usually within 24 hours of purchase. As long as they are not commission items or preorders. You have the choice between First Class and Priority at checkout - all packages come with a tracking number no matter what.
I ship Internationally! I have no control over post times for international orders, and am not responsible for any additional customs fees. All additional fees are to be expected and paid by the customer.

Due to Covid, we are only accepting returns on a case by case basis currently. Please let me know if you have a problem with your order, and I'll be happy to help sort it out. You must contact me within 7 Days of receiving your order for a return to be considered. I do not accept returns on custom/commission orders.
Stationery and stickers that have been at all used may not be returned.
